Message	: The USPS does not discount stamps to anyone except for to a select few. : We also markup our stamps - a whole 3 cents. A book of 20 cost 60 cents more than it would at the post office. How much is your time worth? Think about it... if someone uses a CC to pay for the stamps, we make NO profit whatsoever. at my local grocery stores I get charged the face value of the stamps.
